Without thinking I walked straight to the ocean and let the water go up to my knees. "Hey maybe we can swim out to that island?" I pondered pointing out to an island fairly far away. It would be on my goal list, I did things like that.

They were close to the island just at least 5 minutes away... 5 minutes later they were there

I climbed onto the rocky sands, flinching as a rock scratched my foot. "I'm going to see what's beyond here," and without saying anything else I scrambled up a wilted palm tree.

She watched the girl she got up and went beyond the trees and the grass to find a big empty piece of land "Iris!" she said screaming
