The real Goddess of Beauty strutted down the streets of New York in style. Dark skinny jeans, sunglasses that hid her pretty eyes, a white graphic tee, and black heels. She held a smoothie cup filled with Nectar, the Gods' drink, in her hand as she walked, passing awed male faces and jealous female ones as well.
It was a gorgeous day out. The sun blazed down on Manhattan, giving even the filthy cement ground a sort of sparkling glow.
A whistle was heard and Aphrodite lazily turned her head to see a young, attractive man holding a large coffee cup attempt to flirt with her with his eyes. Aphrodite rolled her hidden eyes behind her sunglasses and turned her head back away from the man.
Ares won't like him at all
Aphrodite thought with a small mischievous, and almost wicked grin on her face as she continued to wander.
Ah, Ares... Ugh, I have to ditch that ugly Hephaetus soon. Zeus won't be happy.
Aphrodite pursed her lips in displeasure. Her father was the only thing that was getting in the way of her relationship with Ares.
The situation reminded her of mortal teenagers.
It was only five minutes later when she sensed someone else in the area that wasn't mortal...

*walked up to her, she just happened to be here and saw her walking around. she always knew when her mother was around, so she decided to go see her* "hey mom," *walked beside her mother* "why are you here?"

Aphrodite lifted up her sunglasses with her right hand, and smiled at the two.
"Jatta, Silena" Aphrodite greeted.
"I like to visit. Has the city gotten a bit more crowded?" Aphrodite asked, glancing behind her shoulder.
"What are you two doing out of camp?" She added.

Aphrodite smiled at her daughter.
"Good answer, and for that, I shall give you one less thing to worry about on your shopping trip"
A new iPhone appeared in her hand and Aphrodite handed it to Jatta.
