(Xemu: Sorry!!!! We wentz to a show.... Forgotz to tell everyonez!!!!! Cloud: Shut up.... Will you?)
Xemu chuckled and turned slightly so he could look at them. "Vlad. Shut up and pretend you didn't see anything." he said, still jokingly.
Vlad smirked and shook his head. "No. I won't. Plus it would be kind hard to forget since i can remember everything." He said shrugging a little.

Xemu wrapped an arm around her. "Aye. I don't need a protective brother on my heels." he said. "But you, beautiful, can remember anything you want."

Uhuh big posts, I don't want to quote anymore.
To Tiki:
That post was when I was angry at people for bashing me on here, when I made the rules 3 times more softer than they were in the past.
Public computers and friends computers only create IP conflicts. I can't do anything about that! How many times do I have to say it?? You're free to do it of course, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you don't have a home computer, then you can use another computer instead. But if you're using a friends computer, you'll need to apply for multiple accounts.
Second, I cannot "bend" at all. As I said, I CAN'T do anything about changing IPs. You are responsible for your own account and the computer you play it on.
Third quote, now that's just rude and taken completely out of context and serves no purpose to quote what so ever.
Lastly, I do not hit the ban button with pleasure. In fact, it's quite troublesome to manage the warning and ban list of people. >..> Furthermore, we don't ban forever, unless it's a serious case. There is a special list of BAN DURATIONS for moderators, explaining how long a ban will last for every type of violation, for every single rule. I'm not gonna permanently ban someone for a minor rule, sheesh.
Your last two sentences did not contribute this discussion what so ever. You basicaly admitted you have no idea what to suggest me on how shall I proceed on this matter. Meanings, it was uncalled for and not productive at all.
To angelmischa:
Well each player is responsible for their account, their computers and where they access the game. I can't keep tabs on thousands of people. If you play the game at home all the time, which was my original assumption when I created the rules, there would be absolutely NO problems. I'm okey with people playing in university dorm if they live there, or if they don't have a computer of their own, play in the library. BUT when people do have a computer at home and then want to play in cafe, office, school, or wherever else, now that makes my job difficult. I'm not saying they're forbidden to do that, they should just know that changing IPs MAY cause an IP conflict. And I'm not responsible for that.
No, I'm not exaggarating about hudrends. I'll count right now...191 multiple accounts (double and triple mixed) who have not applied on the multiple account thread. I summize some are family members, some are friends, schoolmates and that sort of thing. But ALL of them are definitely on the same computer grouped in pairs of 2 and 3 people.
Now to answer your two questions: 1. The BIGGEST and most DANGEROUS problem off all times on all forum sites. I cannot distunguish between someone actually being a family member and someone just lying in my face. Unless I make a rule for them to show me pictures. >..> And that's just weird... 2. By ban I mean no access to the forum or the game for a set amount of time. How long the ban lasts depends on how many rules you've broken, how many warnings you got and what kind of rules your broke. It's all precisely defined to help moderators know.
What can I tell you? I DON'T KNOW what happens when people login and logout everywhere and some more people login and logout in the same place. This is why I advise against going to public computers, unless you REALLY have to. It's not bannable instantly, but it does carry risk of getting banned.
As for dorms, it seems those might be okey. Since you live there, so the computer is actually yours, even though the network is shared. I can't take into account all dorm members who play the game on the same network. ^^;; That's just too much to handle. Also I can't identify who's who really. When I get two people on the same IP, it can be DOZENS of different situations, family members, visiting friends, library computers, dorm collague, etc. I CANNOT know that and if I just ask, people can easily lie to me.
And again, nobody has YET to advise me on what to do about this issue. Everybody just keeps going in circles discussing various ways of how my job sucks. -..-'' Sucks to be me, hehe. (sorry about the bad language, it just suits the sentence so well)
SO PEOPLE... let me spell it out then.
What would YOU do if you found 191 users who have not applied as multiple accounts, while ALL 191 are clearly multiple accounts with 2 and 3 people on the same IP? What would you do with them?
