Well, I suspect you exaggerate with "hundreds". It could be 2 hundred, max, if there were only 27 families playing this game. But I do see your point. It's a lot of effort for you to police, and you're clearly trying to fine tune your system. Which is cool, and we appreciate that. But you still haven't told me
1) How you will distinguish my honest answer from someone else's lying excuses.
2) What you actually mean by 'ban'.
Which is cool if you're still working on all that, but we need to be told that you're working on it and not just ignoring the questions.
It also seems that somehow now the situation has changed. Previously, you'd said (to KumuHonua) that if someone checked their dragons on a library computer, and then another person came and used that same computer to log in to a different account, both would have committed a bannable offence. Which, naturally, worried me because with my IP issue, two users could easily have consecutive use of a single IP, and that was a problem on the site.
Now it seems that's not the case. In fact, you've completely backtracked:
