Sarah sighed and jogged out the back door. She jogged up next to her soon.
Xemu released her and grabbed their bags. "Then let's go. And sorry about having to hear some of our family issues..." he said as he started to walk to the house.

Ash followed him. "It's okay. I'm used to it." she replied quietly
Danju pointed at one of Dancer's forelegs. "Stupid cut's infected." he growled, crouching down to look at it closely

Xemu nodded and went inside.
"Did you wrap it after I cleaned it out the last time?" Sarah asked, looking at the cut, then walking off to where she kept her medical stuff.

Danju looked offended. "'Course I did!" he replied hotly.

Sarah looked at him. "I'm not trying to offend you, just making sure." she said, walking back with an ointment. She set it next to Danju. "Spray his leg with water, clean it out good, then use this." she added before walking back. This time she came out with vet wrap and a white cloth. "Put the cloth on, then vet wrap around it." she said, setting them next to the ointment.

Danju sprayed Dancer leg with water before cleaning it. Jayko wrapped the cloth gently on the foal's leg before wrapping the vet wrap around it. "If only you stop dancing, Delight's Dancer!" Danju growled in exasperation

Sarah chuckled. "shouldn't have named him that then." she said, petting the foal. "I'll stay up tonight and watch him if you want."

"Alright..." Sarah said nodding. "Wonder what that girl means to Xemu, since he doesn't bring any home..." she muttered to herself.

Jayko smirked. "Do you think.." he trialed off, shaking his head at the thought. A black foal trotted up to Jayko and nuzzled him. "Hey Lady." Jayko said softly, rubbing the foal between her ears
