The ice melted into water and evaporated before it could fall onto her. She stopped walking, and held up a hand. zoey then fell to the ground, bound by elemental chains made from all the elements: fire, water, metal, wood, and earth

(not the chinese ones. basically, the chinese elements overpower those ones, because the chinese elements are known by more people than those ones. but yea, you're basically right.) she stepped out of the way when she spit at her, and kept walking into the forest with tiegan
