Of course I understand that you need to be aware of an actively handling any potential cheating at the first moment possible. But, how are you going to judge what's 'valid'? How can me saying to you, "My university internet system does this assignment, and by some random chance, when I got locked out of my internet access (again), it happened to assign my usual IP to someone else who just happens to play DA as well," be verified, by me. If you ask me for 'proof', what do I give? What does it come down to to get you to lift the ban? 0-o
And, not only that, but the word 'ban' isn't even clear here. 'Account suspended, and if we hear from you and decide it's an accident you had no control over, the account can be wholly reinstated as-was'? 'Account immediately deleted; we don't care if you contact us or not, but if you do and we realise it wasn't your fault or you weren't trying to cheat, we'll let you start playing the game again from scratch'? The two are very different propositions, so could you please clarify?
