conner smiled slightly, before jumping into his tale.
"It started a while back, before I knew who my mother was.My two best friends -Matt and Jessica, were draging me to this party, for a school thing, or what ever. Jessica, was all dressed up, in a beautiful silk purple dress. Pumps, you know the girly works. Me and Matt were in just in t-shirts and jeans, but she was certain she was going to have fun." He rolled his eyes.
"We were dancing, haveing fun -sorta- when the fire started. Someone did the stupid, and droped a lighter, open and on. The curtains caught, and set the place off. Jessica flipped, and instintly clung to me for protection" Again he rolled his eyes.
"While Matt understood why I was annoyed and helped, she seemed clueless. After the fire had ended, Somthing went wrong. I'd relized whop my mom was by then, so people started coming after me. People were killed....because of me. Jessica." His voice caught.
"I could never tell her why not..Why I didn't...And Matt...Mtt knew and blamed me, leaving me to wonder why I didn't just give myself up. Matt hasn't spoken to me since."

Damons expresstion turned from shocked,to anger.The rage surpised him,even though he didnt really have any reason to be angry.ahhhh the joys or being a roman demi-godhe sighed frusterd internaly."Their wrong for doing that,for blaming you.Gods people are such idoits some time!They blame you for bringing monsters when those monster were trying to kill you! They dont even blame the stupid monsters!"he ranted

his ice blue eyes watched the tear"hey.."his voice soft again,all anger evaporated.Damon moved closer and wiped away the one tear.

Conner looked up at him, suprised he knew he was gay. guess i wasn't to subtle he thought a bit glumly, though he was happy he knew.
