Jose was in the middle of the ocean.Well technically he wasn't in the ocean-he was hovering a few inches above the waters surface in a lotus sitting position. Needless to say he was meditating.Jose was worried and a little relieved for he hadn't had a vision in days,the idea of them stopping filled him with as much horror as joy.Was there something wrong with him?Did he anger his father somehow and he had taken alway this cursed blessing?Jose just didn't know.Sighing he willed his control over wind making him float over to the shore ,where he gracefully stepped onto the sand.Barefoot his feet made imprints in shoreline,only to be taken away by softly lapping waves.Jose wore designer dark blue jeans,and a deep grey v-neck t-shirt,nothing else.As his mind wandered thinking of serenity-what else these days?-he absently scratched his newly healed tattoo.The scars had vanished looking exactly the same as the day he had enchanted it ,almost.The ink now had a sickly green colour to it and that worried him for he could not remember what had caused the rose to heal.Stopping,the water licked his feet,Jose shook his head thinking back to the day he had left Serenity sleeping in her cabin.He remembered walking into the forest.....then returning to his cabin.Nothing else.

Serenity walked silently along the shore line, enjoying the soft touch of the sand beneith her feet. Seeing Jose, she begain to run uo.
"Jose!" she called. "Jose,wait a Sec!"

He turned his head slightly to the sound of a voice that filled him with love and strangly sorrow.The corners of his lips pulled up into a slight smile.Jose waited patiently for Serenity to reach him.

She reatched him panting.
"Holla" She gasped out. After regaining her breath she stood straight.
"Where have you been? I havn't been able to find you for , like, ever."

Jose turned fully to face her,the wind playing with his hair."you were looking for me?"He asked his smile fuller.

"Well, yeah." She blushed pink and linked his arm with hers.
"Come on! I have an idea!" She lead him away from (wherever their at) to a bus stop, pulled him onto the bus and sat him down. She wouldn't answer any of his questions untill the bus stopped. She got off with him and led him to a cafe.
"What kind of ice cream do you like?"

Jose chuckled softly,he was happy she felt better."rainbow sherbert"He let Serenity lead him,holding her hand in his.They waited in a short line infront of a counter."and yours?"

"Mmm a tie from Orange Sherbert and straight up chocolate." She laughed whole heartedly.

He smiled at her laughter."your in higher spirits today i see,mi pequeño duendecillo"Reching the counter he ordered a rainbow sherbert,orange sherbert and plain old chocolate ice cream.Jose reached into his back pocket getting his wallet.Producing money he paid the cashier tucking the wallet back in place the grabbed the icecream sadly he had to let go of Serenitys hand."pick a table"he said to Serenity

she did, but when she sat she was no longer smiling.
"I was gonna pay, thats no fair no you cause this was my idea." she said. She avoided the whole 'high spirits' thing becuase it was wrong. She was acting happy for him, because she needed him around just as much as he said he needed her. It may not be in the exact same way, but all the same she loved him, whether in a relationship or not. And she knew it couldn't happen. She knew what was going to happen. She was being happy for his sake, and iot seemed to be working.
