Air bubbles left his mouth when he opened it in surprise when his foot was grasped and pulled.Turning around so that he was on his back he ,opened his eyes and saw Conner's fingers wrapped around his ankle.Kicking his foot free he swam toward him ,grabbed his hand and pulled him toward him.

Damon kicked his feet like he was on a bicycle,his head rising over the surface and sucked in air.Still pulling Conner to him ,he wrapped his arms around his neck.

Conner looked up at Damon water dropletts cover his face and dripping from his black hair. His green eyes shone out glittering.

His one hand came back from around Conner's neck,the sun behind him making it seem as if he were glowing.His finger tips gently brushed the water off Conner's face,lingering on his lips.Damon leaned slightly forward,his icy blue eyes a bright contrast to the shadow that had fallen over his face.

Conner didn't moved, frozen with delight. a small smile played along his mouth as his cheeks grew a beautiful pink in contrast to his pale skin.

Damon smiled."You'll never know how much you mean to me..."his voice quiet but full of love and passion.He leaned forward more and gently pressed his lips to Conner's.A soft embrace.

Conner melted away into Damons arms. they were so close together, that barly anywater could get between them. Conner snaked his arms around Damons waist and murmmered against his lips; "Best birthday ever"
