Secret glanced at them and slowed until they where side by side. He kept up with her easily, he watched her out of the corner of his eye.

Vlad noticed that Secret was slowing down, he knew Wonder could go faster and let her go. The race was only half lap or so. He glanced at Cloud then looked forward.

Wonder saw Secret and nickered happily, running even faster when Vlad told her to.

Cloud glanced at Vlad.
Secret still kept up with Wonder, he looked at her for a second. He put his nose out and waited for the straight away.

Vlad chuckled to himself as he saw Cloud glance over to them. They started to finish the turn and got on the straight away.

As they approached the straight away, Secret glanced at them with a glint of something in his eye. He started to lengthen his stride and try to put distance between them.

Wonder bobbed her head and lengthend her stride too, gaining quickly on the gap between them

Wonder snorted and shook her head angrily. She flattened her ears against her head and galloped faster, straining to keep the pace H-how long is this t-t-track.. she whinnied tiredly and started slowing down. Then out of the corner of her eye, she saw Secret pulling away and started to run faster, using her reserved energy and rocketed to him

Secret's breath was growing raged as he saw the wire. He was too tired to through more speed into this race, but he watched Wonder grow closer to him. He watched the pole marks with the other eye.
Vlad let Wonder go. He had no idea what the cues where for racing and just let Wonder go.
