Jatta slept in her bed, tossing and turning. she was dreaming, but something about the dream was bothering her.....
I was falling into a dark pit, less than 50 meters from the bottom. She couldn't see, but she felt a presence near her. It wasn't human, yet it was. She turned her head to find a spirit following her down at her side. "Jatta.....falling.....help....." the spirit said. Jatta shook her head "yea, im falling and i need help!" she yelled back. The spirit shook her head "no.....help.....Jas........Ser.........." although she was whispering, i could her her loud and clear, as if she was right there in my head. I looked over, getting a good look at her. It was Chloe, an old friend of hers who was a Necromancer, a person with the ability to see ghosts, and raise the dead. Not to mention control the souls who were trapped inside their rotting corpse. "How...?" I whispered, and I hit the bottom.....
I woke with a start, sweating, checking to see if i was alright. Then i remembered my dream. Chloe said I needed to help Jasper and Serenity, but how? Did they even need my help? If they did, was it something big? or something small like a choice they need help choosing? She looked down at her necklace, a pendant with a large Obsidian shard dangling from a gold chain. I held it in my hand, and looked up at the ceiling.
