~Meroko~
I pushed the door to my new so-called home open.
"Meroko! Shouldn't we have knocked?" My sister asked my stupidly. I shighed.
"No, Melenie. This is our home now, so why would we knock on our own door?" I countered. Her eyebrows moved an inch.
"Still, you know other people live here." I ignored her pointedly and walked in anyway, -despite her protests.
I saw two beds open, side-by-side, and I sighed yet again, puting my stuff -which wasn't much, just a bag full of cloths and other things, and my coat,- down then jumped on the bed, next to it. My sister did nearly the same, only in her own way;
careful, and politly.
I rolled my eyes.
~Melenie~
Ugh, there she goes again, doing exactly what is rude
I thought as my twin sister lounged on her bed, with her shoes on and full of mud. I for one, took mine off, and sat on the edge of my bed, inspecting the room. I nodded. It was nice.
"So Mel, what first? you gonna sanitize everything, or are you gonna waut for me to make a mess of it first?" Meroko asked sarcasticly. I grinded my teeth, and took a breath.
"No, Meroko, I'm not." I said. "I'm Going to walk around the camp a bt, and get to know people." I said standing.
"Of course you are" She muttered in an imitataion of my voice. I Ignored her and started unpacking my few iteams; A few folded outfits; a brush; toiletries; and a picture of my family six years ago.
"Ugh, put that stupid thing away!" Complained Meroko looking at the picture in distaste.
"No. Unlike you, I miis mom and dad." I said somwhat sadley. I saw her eyes harden
Uh oh..
"You don't think I do!?" She yelled. "More than you can imagen Mel! But I don't like the reminders" She grabed for the picture, but I stoped her by moving in out of her reatch, and then out it where she couldn't see it.
"Happy?" I grumbled. She grunted in answer. I rolled my eyes.
