If you read this whole topic so far, you would notice that many of the remarks are old and outdated now. While this whole discussion on this topic, the rules have changed 5 times in that time. So what you're reading before was complaints on the OLD rules which are not in effect anymore.
As for being angry with people, that was only because they were criticising my rules which I had to change 30 times so far to suit their needs and they're STILL not happy with them. Compared to other forums now, the rules here are very soft. Being under appreciated IS how I feel considering I'm like a policeman on this forum and of course, when anyone gets an offense, I'm always the one to be hated for that. Whenever someone gets a ban or warning, I'm to blame and be hated for it.
Now, I have been reprimanded and punished for my own actions on this topic, mainly overreacting. And I payed quite a price for it. I'm not going to discuss it because it wasn't only concerned this forum, it was quite personal.
I don't know what are you so terrified about. Don't worry about the IPs, this rule is getting obsolete. I have a laptop too so I know how it is. You can use it anywhere you like without getting problems on here.
