Audrey was sitting under a tree right outside of starbucks, reading over her physics textbook for her school work. The only real reason she was actually in a school, doing their work, was because she had nothing better to do, and she might as well let the professors try to teach her the things she already knew. She graduated get out of elementary school at eleven, and graduated high school at fifteen. But, her mother said she should go back to school, to try and be more social with other teenagers her age. Since she was seventeen, her mother put her in eleventh grade. She was the genius of her generation both academically and socially, and was still a genius in many other generations as well. She didn't need to go back to school for anything. Her books were sprawled on the soft grass around her, and her bag was just sitting open at her side. Her golden eyes sparkled as she looked up from the books, to find some twelfth grade guys, maybe from the same school as her, walking towards her. A scowl spread across her face as they stood around her, but none of them could see it. They all watched her watch them, and a few of them sat down right at her side. One to her right looked at whatever was in the book, pretending to be interested, just to put her hand on her uncovered legs. That was one of the cons of always wearing short shorts. She looked down at his hand on her tanned legs and she looked up at him, a fire burning in her eyes. She grabbed his hand, and flicked it back to him. His response to that was him grabbing her wrist, and pushing her down on the ground facing up. He leaned down to her, and she smirked. "I have you right where I want you..." she murmured to herself. And, in an instant, she raised her knee up right into his gut. "Ow!" he grunted when she did this, and she stood up. The one boy laid on the ground, holding his stomach, and the others closed in on her. The first, she knocked out with a punch to the forehead, and the others with a punch, a kick, or both. Soon they were all sprawled on the ground, like her books. "There is no such thing as detention when there's nobody to give you it..." She snickered to herself, sitting back own against the tree with a textbook in her hands. |

Blonde hair flying behind me,I rapidly approached her. Black magic crackled around my finger tips,you couldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it.Navy eyes flickered to the boys on the ground,one side of my mouth pulled up into a half smile.The hardly noticeable onyx magic vanished from my hands."You alright?"I asked the girl,worry a thin layer on my voice.

She looked up from the textbook, but looked down again. "I'm fine, why?"

She stood, and shook Nyoka's hand. "I'm Audrey." She thought of the name, and pointed at nyoka. "Your name is African for snake. Did you know?"

A slight rose colour crept onto my cheeks."Yes,my father is quite fond of....cunning sneaky creatures.Cold blooded and hopefully no hearted.Fortunately i don't live up to my name sake."I gave Audrey a slight smile.
